Confirmation: 

After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. Cheers sweety! From that moment on, we will do our best to get this to your home as quickly as possible. 

Production time: 

All products in stock will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days sent. If a product is no longer in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Order with a candle: Have you chosen a candle? This is personally cast for you and will need a little more time to be strong and sturdy enough to reach you and withstand the journey. This results in orders containing candles within 2 to 3 working days sent. Sometimes it takes some patience, but then you get something... the wait is definitely worth it!

If there is a problem with stock and your order, we will of course contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery time: 

Shipping usually takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. When shipping you have the choice between DPD and PostNL. International shipments are sent automatically via DPD. After we have sent your package, you will receive a Track & Trace code and a shipping confirmation by email from Skullding Hot. After shipping, it usually takes 1 to 3 working days before you receive your order. Have you not received a Track & Trace code or are you experiencing problems with tracking? Do not hesitate and contact us at hello@skulldinghot.nl.

Delivery may take longer at tropical temperatures, because all our wax products do not withstand heat well. In that case you will always be informed! Skullding Hot is not responsible for any delays caused by DPD, PostNL (strikes, public holidays, winter weather, etc.).

Pick up in Groningen:

You can also choose to pick up your order in Groningen, which is fun! As soon as your order is ready, we will get started immediately and you will receive a message as soon as the order is ready. At that time we can make an appointment so that you can enjoy your new fragrances as soon as possible!

You can pick up at the Hoornsediep in the Rivierenbuurt.

Postage costs: 

Wax melts are all sent as letterbox packages, all other products are sent as parcel post.
Only wax melts: from €4.25 (Netherlands)
Parcel post: from €5.00 (Netherlands)

Packing:

Stay hot, keep it green! We aim to recycle as much as possible and reuse all our boxes and filling materials. These are all collected by friends, family and neighbors. Together we keep the world clean and costs low! Ultimately, it's not about the outside, but about the love inside.
